I recently visited the Hyundai service centre for a car wash, and overall, I had a good experience. The staff was polite and professional, and they handled my vehicle with care. The wash was thorough — both interior and exterior were cleaned well, and the car looked great afterward. The waiting time was reasonable, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in cleaning the interior surfaces. One small area for improvement could be drying — there were a few water spots left on the windows, but nothing major. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend this centre for a car wash. --- If you want to include a negative or more enthusiastic tone instead, I can tailor the message accordingly. Customer is always right, customer is king..Listened since childhood but corporates diluted the meaning of it by ditching gullible customers. Here also came the same instance. There was some problem in my new car which I spotted just after delivery. 50 days have passed but by the constant efforts of Bhiru ji, Dimple ji, Inderpal and under the guidance of Rakesh Thapliyal sir, all my grievances were sorted out. Never seen such response by any car showroom. Really felt the life of being a customer under the ship helmed by Rakesh ji. Full stars for cooperation, service and After sales.
