I have a great experience with mr. Amit yadav, he is very supportive, polite, Good behaviour executive in hans Hyundai. He was able to remotely manage all thing smoothly, since I was in other state and couldn't come to Delhi that frequent so I just came once to showroom to receive the vehicle. Also no false promises were made regarding delivery date, on time delivery, and I was able to manage my schedule to receive car and leave back to my state. Customer is always right, customer is king..Listened since childhood but corporates diluted the meaning of it by ditching gullible customers. Here also came the same instance. There was some problem in my new car which I spotted just after delivery. 50 days have passed but by the constant efforts of Bhiru ji, Dimple ji, Inderpal and under the guidance of Rakesh Thapliyal sir, all my grievances were sorted out. Never seen such response by any car showroom. Really felt the life of being a customer under the ship helmed by Rakesh ji. Full stars for cooperation, service and After sales. Hans hyundai moti nagar is the best service provider all over india. My new verna having car no Dl10cl4450 is best served and cared. Loved the response from Rahul Thakur and Harmeet Singh Ji. Very helpful person and very good servicing by Hans Hyundai, Moti Nagar. Suggested everyone to go there.
